Claremont McKenna College (CMC/克莱蒙特学院) 于1946年正式成立，距离洛杉矶市中心东部仅35英里，是Claremont五校联盟中的一员。各机构之间不仅共享图书馆系统、体育设施，共同组织课外活动，而且提供合办教学项目和跨校课程注册。目前该联盟拥有逾6,000名学生，教职员工总数也超过3,300名，有2500多项课程可供克莱蒙特地区的学生自由选择。CMC致力于本科教育，但是在2007年成立了罗伯特经济与金融学院，由此可向学生提供金融硕士项目。学院本身以培养未来商界、政界及各行业的领导型人才为信念，帮助学生在获得传统通识教育的同时，为一生的领导才能做准备。
Claremont McKenna College (CMC) is a private, coeducational liberal arts college and a member of the Claremont Colleges located in Claremont, California. Its 69-acre campus is located 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. The college focuses primarily onundergraduate education, but in 2007 it established the Robert Day School ofEconomics and Finance, which offers a masters program in finance. As of 2011,there are 1,301 undergraduate students and 20 graduates students. CMC definesitself as “specialized” school: one that educates leaders for business,government and the professions.
